In-Store Purchases

Returns are gladly accepted within 10 days of purchase with original receipt or proof of purchase from our computer system.  Item(s) cannot be worn and must have original tag(s) attached.  After 11 days, or if the merchandise is worn/missing tags, we cannot take it back. Returned items are eligible to be exchanged for anything in the store, or store credit.  Store credit does not expire and will remain posted under buyer’s account until the balance is used. Sale items and special orders are final sale and not returnable.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Online Purchases

Returns are gladly accepted within 10 business days of purchase and are eligible for an exchange or full refund. All sale items are final sale, non returnable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Item(s) cannot be worn and must have original tag(s) attached.  After 11 days, or if your return does not been the criteria, we cannot accept it.  Refunds are given in the form of original payment and for online purchases only (please note: we do not refund shipping costs).  Online purchases cannot be brought back to the store for a refund.  Sale items are final sale.

To complete your online return, please email us at with   your name, email address, order number, and reason for return.  Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization number.  Please include the RA number on the outside of the box.  We will not accept any returns without an RA number.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will authorize a return to your payment method. Estimated time is 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the USA.

How long does it take to ship?

We process and ship orders within 2 business days of purchase.  After the item is shipped, it depends on your location when the item will arrive.  Items should arrive within 5-7 days of purchase.  Please contact us if you have not received your order.

What is the warranty on my jewelry?

With the right care, your jewelry should have a long life.  However, manufacturer defects are possible.  Manufacturer defects do not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.  Should your item have a manufacturer defect, we will do our best to have your item replaced/repaired.
